From March 5th to 9th, I participated in the Georgia Open. In the first round, I defeated Cornelia Oosthuizen 6-0, 6-2. In the quarterfinals, I played against British player Lucy Shuker. It was a windy match, but I managed to win 6-2, 6-4. In the semifinals, I faced Kgothatso Montjane, a match I won 7-6(7), 6-3. In the final, I played against compatriot Aniek van Koot. It was a very long, exciting match. After being down 3-5 in the third set, I managed to win the match and won 6-1, 3-6, 7-5. Which meant I won the Georgia Open for the second time in a row!
